It’s a long 30 days

On August 28, the Department of Justice gave Raycom Media — the owners of both WWBT (NBC 12) and WTVR (CBS 6) — 30 days to find a buyer for WTVR.  This was after the DoJ stopped the sale of WTVR to Sinclair (mostly because of Sinclair’s attempt to sell WRLH [Fox 35] to a sham holding company it owned)…

Well… it’s over 60 days now.

Is the DoJ on hold until we have a new President?

Or is this just going to slide in the hopes that everyone forgets Raycom has an illegal duopoly in Richmond right now?
