If the format of this post’s headline doesn’t look familiar, then you don’t read Fark.com (and why the hell not?).
But if you do, or if you don’t, the new book “It’s Not News, It’s FARK” from Fark.com owner/editor Drew Curtis is worth a look.
It’s a look at the non-news, which Curtis called Fark (and named the website after), that fills the 24-hour news cycle.
You probably never thought about those “Your favorite household appliance could kill you in 17 ways. Film at 11” stories in the news… this book will make you think about them. And laugh. And possibly be frustrated that this is what “news” has sunk to. But you’ll definitely laugh.
Check it out.
