In one of those situations where it’s probably not all bad to have something “bad” happen, Jessie’s Girl has called it quits.

It’s been rough for them — problems finding a permanent home and an audience made it tough for them… from what I can see, Richmond’s not ready to embrace long-form improv, and since that’s what JG wanted to do, it was always a bit of an uphill climb.

Somewhere down the road, I hope, there’ll be a way for JG to come back together. For now, though, they have other things in their lives, and that’s the good part…

I’m sorry to see it end. But I’m glad they knew when to stop flogging a dead horse.

Maybe I’ll figure that out sometime soon… 🙂
